Re-opening, New Premises & Waiting List

Our waiting list for appointments is now open!. Please give me a call, text or drop me an email and I will add you to the list.

As some of you have already noticed, the physical address of the clinic has changed. As of 17/7/2020, I will be working on a Friday from Welltree Health clinic inside Fleming House with my normal operating hours.

Monday-Thursday, I will be available for home visits for repeat customers again with normal operating hours. Home visits will be done only within West Lothian and will be available from 15/7/2020.

For clinic appointments;

- Please do not arrive early for your appointment to minimise the risk of contact with other patients. We ask that you please wait in your car or in the waiting area using social distancing.

- We would request that you avoid bringing friends or family to your appointment (unless you require a carer, translator, guardian or chaperone). They will have to accompany you into the clinic room and will also be asked COVID-19 screening questions and we will need to record their contact details should we require them in the future as part of track and trace.

- Appointments will be staggered with 30 minutes between for suitable cleaning of the clinic and equipment

- Whilst in the clinic, please observe social distancing, by keeping at least 2m from anyone (unless receiving clinical treatment).

- There is a hand sanitisation area which you will be required to use.

- We ask that you bring your own face covering but if you do not have one, we will provide you with a mask to wear for the duration of the appointment.

- Please bring the absolute minimum into the treatment room.

- I will be wearing full PPE in line with current guidance, which will include face shield, apron and mask.

For home appointments;

- We would request that you avoid bringing friends or family to your appointment (unless you require a carer, translator, guardian or chaperone). They will also be asked COVID-19 screening questions and we will need to record their contact details should we require them in the future as part of track and trace.

- All equipment will be cleaned between appointments.

- Please be ready to answer the door at the scheduled appointment time.

- We ask that you bring your own face covering but if you do not have one, we will provide you with a mask to wear for the duration of the appointment.

- I will be wearing full PPE in line with current guidance, which will include face shield, apron and mask.

- Please insure that there is a 2m x 2m clear space for me to erect the treatment table and have space to walk around it.
